1.	Condition 32 requires that a Lighting Design Strategy for Biodiversity is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - CONDITION 32: LIGHTING & ECOLOGY ASSESSMENT; dated January 2025. - Outdoor & Security Lighting Bransford Wall Light with Photocell technical data sheet - Black and Stainless Steel - GL-203P - Email from Nethra George, Persimmon (Anglia), dated 24 February 2025, detailing correspondence with Norfolk County Highways adoptable highway lighting details and house plot security lighting. - NCC ADOPTABLE STREET LIGHTING LAYOUT SHEET 1 OF 2; drawing reference: AC-N-815.1 Rev A - NCC ADOPTABLE STREET LIGHTING LAYOUT SHEET 2 OF 2; drawing reference: AC-N-815.2 Rev A The above details are considered acceptable and are hereby approved to partially discharge this condition insofar as they relate to the Lighting Design Strategy for Biodiversity for Phase 1 only. The development must be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter.
