1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 10 February 2025: -Plan no. PP-13700345v1, entitled Location Plan, dated 16 January 2025 -Plan no. 2481 - 003 revision A, entitled Existing and Proposed Street Scenes, dated 7 February 2025 -Plan no. 2481 - 002, entitled Proposed Details (submitted as Proposed Site Plan, Floor Plan, Section Plan and Elevation Plans), dated December 2024 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.The detached garage herby approved shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with Holly Lodge, 5 Green Lane, Caister, Great Yarmouth, NR30 5EW. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
