Condition 24 of planning permission 06/23/0926/F requires a Foul Drainage Scheme to be submitted and approved and to be completed and implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to first use of the development and to be retained and operated as such thereafter. The following details were submitted: - Drainage Arrangement sheet 1 of 2 Drawing No. 16-2044-401 Rev P9 dated Dec 24 - Drainage Arrangement sheet 2 of 2 Drawing No. 16-2044-401 Rev P8 dated Aug 24 The submitted details show an acceptable foul water drainage scheme to mitigate and reduce the risk of flooding. These drawings are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be fully discharged upon completion and implementation in accordance with the approved details prior to first use of the development.
