1.	Condition 23 of planning permission 06/23/0926/VCF requires a drainage maintenance schedule demonstrating the sites drainage layout and regular maintenance activities to mitigate flooding events, to be submitted and approved and the development carried out in accordance with the details as approved. The following details were submitted: 'DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE' prepared by CORA IHT, dated 8 January 2023 Document No. T005 Issue 1 including drainage drawings. The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the submission part of the condition can be discharged in FULL. The development must be carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to first use and thereafter operated in strict accordance with the details as approved.
