1.	Condition 31 requires a Biodiversity and Ecology enhancement plan to be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. This application is supported by the following documentation: - Biodiversity and Ecology Enhancement Plan prepared by Estrada ecology SQ-1838 Issue 2 dated 24 April 2024 and received February 2025 revising the condition number and relocating the swift boxes to the east elevation. The submitted information confirms that a detailed Biodiversity and Ecology enhancement plan has been undertaken and includes proposed ecological enhancement features and also includes the proposed installation of bat and bird boxes within the grounds and on the building. This conforms with policies CS09 and CS11 of the local plan for the enhancement of biodiversity and ecological assets. This is consistent with the details approved within the full application 06/23/0926/VCF. The submitted information as referred to above is acceptable and is hereby approved and is sufficient to discharge condition 31 in Part. The condition can only be fully discharged upon completion of the installation. The features of the approved Biodiversity and Ecology Enhancement Plan shall be retained as such thereafter.
