1.	Condition 27 Part (a) of planning permission 06/23/0926/VCF requires a landscaping scheme detailing appropriate trees and screening around the site, details of soft and hard landscaping and a maintenance for all items within the scope of the condition, to be submitted and approved and the development carried out in accordance with the details as approved and in conjunction with parts (b) and (c) of the condition. The following details were submitted: - Tree Survey & Constraints Plan (drawing number: 21-108-01) , - Detailed Landscape Proposals (Drawing 21-108-02 Revision K), - Tree Protection Plan (Drawing 21-108-03 Revision G), - Long Term Landscape Management Plan prepared by BEA landscaping design LTD December 2024 reference: 21108 / DP / LMP001 dated 12.12.2024 The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in FULL in relation to Part (a). The development shall be carried out as approved in compliance with Parts (b) and (c) of condition 27.
