Condition 26 of pp 06/23/0926/VCF requires that details of proposed materials and finishes to be used in the external walls, roofs and fenestration of the development be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development to be undertaken in strict accordance with the details as approved. The application is supported by the following documentation: - 'Proposed Elevations & Material Sample Photographs' - Drawing number YAR-BPM-ZZ-GF-DR-A-221 dated Dec 2024 The details as submitted are acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in FULL as the the development shall be carried out in strict accordance with the details as approved.
