1.	Condition 3 of planning permission 06/21/0313/D requires a statement per dwelling type as to how each will be designed and built to achieve a water consumption rate of no more than 110 litres/person/day to be submitted and approved and the development carried out in accordance with the details as approved. The following details were submitted: Water Efficiency Calculations per house type dated Oct 2024 The submitted details indicate that all house types will include installations that achieve a per person water consumption of less than 110 litres per day, these are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the condition requires that the water conservation measures carried out in accordance with the approved details and maintained thereafter.
