1.	Condition 3 of 06/23/0616/D requires certain details regarding the surface water drainage system for phase 1a to be submitted to and agreed with the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by a Drainage & Management Plan dated October 2024, Project no. 47932, prepared by Richard Jackson Engineering Consultants relating to Management and Maintenance of the surface water drainage for this phase and also includes at Appendix B a basin wide vegetation scheme to include species-rich wet grassland in order to achieve compliance with part (i) of condition 3. The details as submitted are acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in FULL as the the development shall be carried out in accordance with the details as approved prior to first occupation of development on this phase and shall be retained, maintained and managed as such thereafter as required by condition 3 of PP ref: 06/23/0616/D.
