The application is supported by: - Validation report for formation soils and Topsoil verification for plots 1 to 8 and 24 to 30 Estcourt Road, Great Yarmouth Norfolk, ref. 105914, December 2024 The details are considered acceptable to partially discharge the condition for plots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 only. A further verification report will be required to be submitted for plots 9 to 23.
