2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 December 2024:
-Unreferenced Plan, entitled Location Plan, dated 4 December 2024
- Plan no. 2474-001, entitled Existing and Proposed Details (submitted as Existing and Proposed Site Plan, Elevations, Floor and Section Plan, dated November 2024
For the avoidance of doubt, the materials to be used in the development shall be in accordance with the approved plans and the details of proposed materials set out within the submitted application form.
