No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 18 December 2025: - Unreferenced plan, entitled 46, Busseys Loke, Bradwell, Great Yarmouth, NR31 8HG (submitted as Site Location Plan), dated 6 September 2021 - Plan No. 975 -1/2, entitled Single Storey Extensions and Alterations (submitted as Existing and Proposed Floor Plans), dated November 2024 And the following revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on Tuesday 11 February 2025: - Plan no. 975 - 2/2 A, entitled Single Storey Extensions and Alterations (submitted as existing and proposed elevation plans and proposed section plans) dated 11 February 2025 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
4.INFORMATIVE NOTES: A Public Right of Way, Known as Bradwell Bridleway 18 is aligned with Busseys Loke. The full legal extent of this bridleway must remain open and accessible for the duration of the development and subsequent occupation.
