1.	Condition Requirement 34 of Development Consent Order ref: S.I. 2015/1592 (Dogger Bank Teesside A and B Offshore Wind Farm Order 2015 (as amended)) requires that an application is made to determine whether a proposed Port Access and Transport Plan for the onshore port-related traffic to and from Yarmouth Port should be submitted to the Local Planning Authority in respect of the project known as Work No.1B of the offshore works in relation to Sofia Offshore Wind Farm (formerly Teesside B Offshore Wind Farm). The application is supported by the following documentation received by the Local Planning Authority on 18 December 2024: - Technical Note by SCP Transport Planning; reference: AT/190608/TN01 dated 29th August 2024. The submitted information is considered acceptable as the proposed works require only 30 vehicle movements, utilising the national trunk road network and industrial estate roads, forecasted to occur on a single day, and will not represent an unacceptable impact on the highway network. Following discussion with Highway Authority officers, the LPA does not consider it necessary to submit a formal Port Access Transport Plan. The condition application is hereby approved, and the condition is discharged in full.
