| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and documents:
- Combined drawings; ref. 1948/2 dated Nov 2024
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Prior to the installation of the mural, a drawing at a scale of no less than 1:20 indicating the design and colours of the mural shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The mural shall be sited as per the image referenced "Elevation Photo" received on the 17th April 2025. The mural should not be for the purpose of advertisement, announcement or direction and shall not be illuminated unless an appropriate planning application is first submitted to and approved by the local planning authority.
The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of visual amenity and impact on heritage assets, in accordance with policies CS9, CS10, CS16 and E4. |

1. This proposal involves the laying of an EV charging cable across the highway that directly affects the public highway and users thereof. It is an OFFENCE to lay any cable on the Public Highway, which includes a Public Right of Way, without the permission of the Highway Authority. Please note that it is the Applicant's responsibility to ensure that, in addition to planning permission, any necessary consents or approvals are also obtained from the County Council.
