1.	Condition 5 requires that details of measures to ensure that the dwelling will be built to comply with Part M4(2) of the Building Regulations are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations; drawing reference: 1465/7 Rev A dated Sept 24 - Statement outlining proposal compliance with Part M4(2) and Part G - Water Consumption of the Approved Documents. The details are sufficient to approve the submission and approval parts of the condition which is hereby discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the dwelling must be built in accordance with the approved details.
