1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 28th November 2024:
- Proposed Elevations; ref. 42.204 Rev C
- Proposed Plans and Sections; ref. 42.203 Rev D
- Location Plan; ref. 42.001 Rev A
- Block Plan; ref. 42.002
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interest of proper planning. |
2. | All new brickwork shall be laid in lime mortar 1:3 Natural Hydraulic Lime NHL 3.5 : sharp sand, to match the historic mortar as seen on Brooklyn House and the attached boundary wall extending to the outbuilding.
The reason for the condition is :- To enable to local planning authority to control the colour, type and texture of the mortar used to ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development, as required by policies CS09, CS10 of the Core Strategy and E5 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
Protected Species: The applicant should note that under the terms of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, it is an offence to disturb nesting birds, bats their roosts and other protected species. You should note that work hereby granted consent does not override the statutory protection afforded to these species and you are advised to seek expert advice if you suspect that nesting birds, bats and other species will be disturbed. |
