1.	Condition 20 requires that a soft landscaping scheme is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and then carried out and maintained in accordance with the approved details. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Landscaping Maintenance & Implementation; reference SCR-DCO-11 Rev.A - Soft Landscaping Proposal; 2853-24 Rev.1 This information is considered acceptable and Part A of the condition is hereby discharged. Parts B and C of the condition cannot be discharged at this point in time as the approved planting scheme needs to be carried out and the maintenance remains an on-going requirement of the condition.
