1.	Request to discharge Section 106 Agreement obligation in relation to Schedule 3: Open Space for Phase 1a (details for Local Area for Play - LAP & Local Equipped Area for Play - LEAP) of the agreement dated 24 May 2023. Clause 1 of Schedule 3 requires the Owner to submit a scheme for approval. In relation to the LAP the following is approved - Revised Plan ref: Q10430_A_Caister Nova - Phase 1 LAP Plan Rev A together with Supporting Document ref: Q10430_A_Caister Nova - Phase 1 LAP Equipment Specification. In relation to the LEAP the following is approved - Revised Plan ref: Q10232_C_Caister Nova - Phase 1 LEAP Plan Rev C was received 25 February together with Supporting Document ref: Q10232_C_Caister Nova - Phase 1 LEAP Equipment Specification. In relation to timescale for laying out and provision of both of the above; the LAP is to be provided by the end of 2025 and the LEAP to be provided by the end of Summer 2027. As such the details for the laying out and timescale for provision of the Local Area for Play - LAP & Local Equipped Area for Play - LEAP is approved for this phase and shall be carried out in accordance with the details as approved and in accordance with the relevant clauses in Schedule 3.
