| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 3. | The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form.

| 4. | No part of the proposed structure (the detached garage) shall be constructed within 2.4m of the near edge of the adjacent highway carriageway. Reason: So as not to obstruct visibility in the interests of highway safety.
