| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 29 October 2024:

- Plan no. 973 -1/2, entitled Rear Extension & Detached Timber Outbuilding (submitted as Existing and Proposed Floor Plans), dated October 2024.
- Plan no. 973 -1/2, entitled Rear Extension & Detached Timber Outbuilding (submitted as Existing and Proposed Elevations and Proposed Section Plan), dated October 2024.
The reason for the condition is:-
