1.	Condition 4 of pp 06/24/0230/F requires the submission of a scheme to manage the risks associated with contamination of the site. The application is supported by the following, received on the 28th October 2024: - Remedial Method Statement following supplementary Site Investigation, Rev P02, dated 16/10/2024 ref. FE004-RSK-XX-XX-T-O-1777 P02 The information submitted is sufficient to partially discharge condition 4 of pp 06/24/0230/F. The condition can be considered fully discharged once the development is completed in accordance with the measures outlined within the report. A verification report is required to be submitted once remediation measures have been carried out, as required by part 5) of the condition.
