No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 October 2024: -Plan no. L(00)000 Revision P1, entitled Site Location Plan, dated 27 September 2024 -Plan no. L(00)100 Revision P1, entitled Proposed Block Plan, dated 27 September 2024 -Plan no. L(01)101 Revision P1, entitled Existing and Proposed Plan, dated 27 September 2024 -Plan no. L(02)101 Revision P1, entitled Existing and Proposed Elevations, dated 27 September 2024 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.No part of the proposed structure (the parcel locker) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land.. The reason for the condition is: - In the interests of highway safety.
4.A minimum vertical clearance of 2.4 metres shall be maintained at all times between the proposed structure (the canopy) and the level of the adjacent public highway. The reason for the condition is: - In the interests of highway safety.
5.INFORMATIVE NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- It is the Applicant's responsibility to clarify the boundary with the public highway. Private structures such as fences, or walls will not be permitted on highway land. The highway boundary may not match the applicant's title plan.
