Condition 11 requires an appropriate assessment against the MCS Planning Standards, or the equivalent standards for all heat pumps proposed to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: -Noise Impact Assessment AJA Report No. 12496b/2 -Vallant UK Declaration -Vallant aroTHERM plus operating, installation and maintenance instructions -AroTHERM plus installers quick guide -AroTHERM plus Handover guide -AroTHERM plus Air source heat pump data sheet The submitted information is considered acceptable and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the Air Source Heat Pumps to be installed and thereafter be retained and maintained in accordance with the approved details and manufacturer's guidance for the duration of the use of the air source heat pumps in situ.
