| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 31st January 2025: - Site Location; dwg. ref. 2419-003 - Existing and Proposed Details; dwg. ref. 2419-002 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
