No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 11th April 2025: - Existing and Proposed Building Elevations; ref. 11594 A1 P E03 Rev A - Existing and Proposed Rear Building Elevations; ref. 11594 A1 P E02 Rev B - Proposed Ground Floor Plan; ref. 11594 A1 P P02 Rev B - Existing and Proposed Building Sections; ref. 11594 A1 P S01 Rev A and the following plan received on the 22nd October 2024: - Location Plan as Existing; ref. 11594 A1 P L01 Rev B - Existing Block Plan; ref. 11594 A1 P P04 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
