| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 11th April 2025: - Existing and Proposed Building Elevations; ref. 11594 A1 P E03 Rev A - Existing and Proposed Rear Building Elevations; ref. 11594 A1 P E02 Rev B - Proposed Ground Floor Plan; ref. 11594 A1 P P02 Rev B - Existing and Proposed Building Sections; ref. 11594 A1 P S01 Rev A and the following plan received on the 22nd October 2024: - Location Plan as Existing; ref. 11594 A1 P L01 Rev B - Existing Block Plan; ref. 11594 A1 P P04 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
