| 1. | Condition 7 requires that prior to the use of the proposed development, a statement should be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority demonstrating how the dwellings will be designed and built to achieve a water consumption rate of no more than 110 litres/person/day. The application is supported by the following documentation: -Water Calculations for Flat 1 confirming that the total water use will be 106.02 litres/person/day -Water Calculations for Flat 2 confirming that the total water use will be 106.02 litres/person/day -Water Calculations for Flat 3 confirming that the total water use will be 106.02 litres/person/day -Water Calculations for Flat 4 confirming that the total water use will be 106.02 litres/person/day The Water Calculations received on 9 October 2024 are considered acceptable and hereby approved. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be built and retained to achieve this rate to ensure the required water consuption is not exceeded for the lifetime of the development. |
