The condition is discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the development to be carried out in accordance with the details as approved.
NOTE: No approval is granted or implied for the installation of rooftop Solar Photovoltaics (PV). Any such development will need to be the subject of a separate application for planning permission or prior approval. |
