Condition 44 requires that the details of proposed arrangements for management and maintenance of streets within the development are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Email from Louisa Nelson (03 December 2024 15:52) detailing how and by who the streets within this development will be maintained, until such a time as they are adopted as highway. - Email from Claire Wilkins (06 December 2024) 15:11 confirming what would happen if Abode become unable to maintain their obligations under their contract. The submitted information is considered acceptable and the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the works should be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
