1.	Condition 4 requires in part the submission of a pre works photographic survey of local highway network. The following document was submitted on the 10th October 2024: - A Photographic Dilapidation Survey of Suffolk Road & Unadopted Road off Thamesfield Way, Great Yarmouth -prepared by Kier; ref. FE004-KCX-XX-XX-D-X-1740 Rev P02. These details are considered acceptable and as such, the condition can be partially discharged insofar as it relates to the the provision of a pre-works photographic survey of adjacent highways. NOTE: The condition also requires the applicant to comply with the Construction Methodology and Management Plan (including Traffic Management and Dust & Noise Management) ref FE004-KCX-ZZ-ZZ-T-X-0162 P02 with access route (via Suffolk Road to and from William Adams Way), throughout construction of the development and a post-construction works photographic survey of adjacent highways shall be undertaken and provided to the local planning authority.
