1.	Condition 5 requires the submission for approval of a scheme which demonstrates how the permitted dwellings will be built out, where practicable, to meet requirement M4(2) of Part M of the Building Regulations for accessible and adaptable dwellings. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Part M(2) & Part G Compliance Statement There is insufficient detail submitted to discharge Condition 5 and the application is hereby REFUSED. Whilst the statement submitted sets out the provisions of some of Part M4(2) of Part M of the Building Regulations for accessible and adaptable dwellings, there is insufficient detail as to how the 2no. bungalows will be built out to achieve compliance with Part M4(2) where practicable. Given this, condition 5 cannot be discharged and the application must be refused.
