| 1. | Condition 4 requires the submission and approval of details, in written and drawn form, of the means by which electric vehicle charging shall be provided for the development and to be provided prior to the first occupation of the dwellings, in accordance with the approved scheme details, and shall be retained as such thereafter.
The application is supported by the following documentation:

The plans and information submitted within the application are considered acceptable and are hereby approved. Condition 4 is therefore discharged in PART. It can only be partially discharged as Condition 4 requires that the charging provision be provided and made available for use prior to the first occupation of the dwellings, in accordance with the approved scheme details, and retained as such thereafter. |
