1.This permission expires on the 17th January 2027 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, use of the haul road shall cease and it shall be removed in its entirety and land shall be landscaped and reinstated in a accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the removal of the haul road. The approved scheme shall be implemented and completed within 6 months of the removal of the haul road. The reason for the condition is:- The application has not been supported by any Biodiversity Net Gain information and is being applied for on a temporary basis. As set out on page 34 of government guidance 'The Statutory Biodiversity Metric, 2024' temporary permissions under 2 years do not need to be supported by any Biodiversity Net Gain information and therefore the permission is restricted to 2 years on this basis.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - SCR-000-03-B Location plan - 000-04-B Layout Plan - Construction Management Plan - Temporary Compound & Haul Road Plan - SCR-DOC- Rev E Construction Management Plan The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.No use of the haul road hereby approved shall take place following the main access road (as approved under planning permission 06/22/0546/F) being made available for use by residential traffic. Following the main access road (as approved under planning permission 06/22/0546/F) being made available for use by residential traffic, or a period of 2 years (as set out in condition 1) whichever is the sooner, the temporary vehicular access serving the haul road onto Scratby Road shall be stopped up and the haul road shall be removed in its entirety and land shall be landscaped and reinstated in a accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the removal of the haul road. The approved scheme shall be implemented and completed within 6 months of the removal of the haul road. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that use of the haul road is in the manner applied for and described in the Construction Management Plan; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS16.
4.No use of the haul road hereby approved shall take place other than in conjunction with the construction of the development of planning permission 06/22/0546/F on the adjoining parcel of land. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that use of the haul road is in the manner applied for and described in the Construction Management Plan; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS16.
