No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 2 September 2024: - Unreferenced Plan, entitled Location Plan, dated 31 August 2024 - Plan No. 2266-002, entitled Proposed details (submitted as proposed Layout and existing and proposed elevation, floor and section plans), dated October 2022 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.Not withstanding the details submitted within the application form, the proposed cladding shall be black Hardiplank cladding. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
