| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 2 September 2024:
- Unreferenced Plan, entitled Location Plan, dated 31 August 2024
- Plan No. 2266-002, entitled Proposed details (submitted as proposed Layout and existing and proposed elevation, floor and section plans), dated October 2022
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Not withstanding the details submitted within the application form, the proposed cladding shall be black Hardiplank cladding.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
