1.	The trees are highly visible and make a valued contribution to the visual amenity of the wider area in the public realm. The application is hereby refused as the trees are of satisfactory form, in good health, contribute positively to public amenity, and provide a significant contribution to the amenity of the area. There has been no arboricultural justification provided for the removal of the trees. Therefore the application fails to comply with Core Strategy (2015) Policies CS09 and CS11 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy E4.
