1.	Condition 3 requires a Flood Response Plan to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the first use of the development and for the development to be operated thereafter in accordance with the Flood Response Plan for the lifetime of the development. The following documents were submitted with this application: - Flood Response Plan Rev A, Version1 : dated 01/10/24 The Flood Response Plan referred to above is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition is therefore discharged in Full. The Flood Response Plan shall be be made available to management and staff thereof and displayed for the benefit of visitors at all times. The development shall continue to be operated thereafter in accordance with the Flood Response Plan for the lifetime of the development..
