1.	Condition 9 requires that an updated interim travel plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved travel plan is enacted and complied with thereafter. The application is supported by the following documentation: - JPUH TRAVEL PLAN: August 2024 The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the proposed measures must be enacted, complied with and reviewed as per the recommendations of the travel plan hereby approved.
