No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 3 October 2024: -Plan No. 1207-131 revision B, entitled Proposed Plan (submitted as Proposed Site Layout Plan), dated March 2023 -Plan No. 1207-132 revision A, entitled Proposed Elevations, dated March 2023 -Plan no. 1207-133 Revision -, entitled Details (submitted as Proposed Charging Points and Ducting Details), dated March 2023 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
3.The flood warning and flood risk evacuation measures as contained in section 8 of the Flood Risk Assessment July 2024 Ref: 673 FRA-v2 by RIDA Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies shall be made available to all users of the site. The development shall be operated in accordance with these flood warning and flood risk evacuation measures in perpetuity. The reason for the condition is :- To minimise the risk to the occupants in the event of flooding in accordance with Policy CS13 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy (2015).
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
