The following documents have been submitted: - Preliminary Risk Assessment Report ref. 21-53, July 2021 and appendices, submitted 26-08-24 - Tier 2: Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment by Geotechnical and Contamination Consulting Limited (GAC Consulting) dated January 2025, submitted 29-01-25 The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and is sufficient to partially discharge condition 4, with the condition discharged in full once the works are completed in accordance with the scheme and recommendations of the reports hereby approved.
