| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details of the application form and the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 30 October 2024:
- Unreferenced and undated plan, submitted as Site Location Plan
- Plan No.03, entitled Ground Floor as Proposed, dated August 2024
- Plan No.04, entitled First Floor Proposed, revised October 2024
- Plan No. 05, entitled Elevations as Proposed, dated August 2024
- Plan No. 06, entitled Block Plan and Roof Plan Proposed, dated August 2024.
For the avoidance of doubt, the materials to be used in the development shall be in accordance with the approved plans and the details of proposed materials set out at Section 10 of the submitted application form.
