1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 27th September 2024: - Plans as Proposed; Drawing No. 17-1436-02 and the following revised plan received on the 20th November 2024: - Site and Location Plans, Boundary Wall Details; Drawing No. 17-1436-03A The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order (2015), or any amendments thereto the new garage accommodation hereby approved shall be provided with minimum internal dimensions measuring at least 6 metres x 5.75 metres. Reason for the condition:- To minimise the likelihood for on-street parking and thereby safeguard the interest of safety and convenience of road users in accordance with policy I1 of the Local Plan Part 2, and Norfolk County Council Parking standards.
4.Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted the proposed access, on-site car parking/turning area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety.
