| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th March 2024: - Site Location Plan and Block Plan; GJ/24/2154 03 Rev A, external wall materials updated - Existing and Proposed Elevations, and Floor Plans; GJ/24/2154 02 Rev A, external wall materials updated The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the external walls and balcony of the development hereby permitted shall be in accordance with the details stated on the approved plans. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
