-Plan No. 970 - 1/2, entitled Single Storey Rear Extension (submitted as Existing and Proposed Floor Plans and Proposed Site Plan), dated August 2024.
-Plan No. 970 - 2/2, entitled Single Storey Rear Extension (submitted as Existing and Proposed Elevations and Proposed Section Plans, dated August 2024
The reason for the condition is:-
