| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with details within the planning application form, and with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority:

Shed Elevations, dated 10/2024
Proposed Elevations, dated 08/2024
Proposed Plan, dated 08/2024
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the details indicated on the submitted plans, no gate shall open outwards over the highway.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | The materials to be used for the brickwork on the existing external wall shall match those of the existing wall in brick colour, lime mortar and Flemish brick bond.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Local Plan Part 2, Policy A1, and to protect the heritage asset in accordance with Policy CS10 of the Core Strategy (2015). |
| 5. | The close boarded fences, shown on drawing Proposed Plan, dated 08/2024, shall be constructed to include at least 1no. hedgehog hole measuring 13cm x 13cm per boundary. These hedgehog holes shall be retained thereafter.
The reason for the condition is : To allow for the free movement of small mammals through the site in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS11. |
| 6. | The hereby approved close-boarded timber fence shall have its posts installed in the existing postholes only.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Local Plan Part 2, Policy E4. |
