1.	Condition 3 requires the submission of a scheme, demonstrating that the development and associated foundation design will not adversely affect the stability of the flood wall, to be submitted and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to commencement of any development. The documents below were submitted to accompany this application to discharge Condition 3: -C-005-P02 Site Cross Section -Technical Note (Flood Wall & Foundations) There is insufficient detail submitted to discharge Condition 3 and the application is hereby REFUSED. Whilst a cross section drawing and Technical Note document setting out the likely construction of the wall has been submitted, there has been no information submitted to sufficiently demonstrate that the development will not have adverse affects on the stability of the flood wall. Given this, condition 3 cannot be discharged and the application must be refused.
