A - Proposed Garage Plans only; drawing reference: 19/272 01 rev. A The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 2. | Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted, the proposed access, on-site car parking and turning area shall be provided in accordance with the approved plan drawing reference: 19/272 02 Rev. A and retained thereafter available for that specific use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking area, in the interests of highway safety; in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policy CS16. |
