1.	Condition 21 requires a Recreational Impact Avoidance Strategy to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to development beyond foundation/ slab level taking place and to be no occupation of any dwelling within the development until the scheme as approved has first been implemented in full accordance with the approved details. Thereafter each dwelling shall also be provided with a copy of the approved information upon first occupation of that dwelling The following documents were submitted with this application: - Recreational Impact Avoidance Strategy, Document Ref: SCR-DOC-097 Rev A, dated 06.08.2024 - 2093-OS01-B Open Space Scheme Plan, Dwg No. 2093 OS01 Rev B, dated 04.03.2024 incorporating location of information board The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition is discharged in PART but cannot be discharged in full as this requires there to be no occupation of any dwelling within the development until the scheme as approved has first been implemented in full accordance with the approved details.
