1.	Condition 4 requires the submission of a Flood Response Plan which includes appropriate evacuation plans and mitigation measures and confirms that the development has signed up to the Environment Agency's Flood Warnings Direct Service. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Flood Response Plan version no. 1 dated 12 July 2024 The submitted document clearly sets out that the development has signed up to the Environment Agency's Floodline service and sets out the appropriate evacuation plans and mitigation measures and is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. Condition 4 has been fully discharged and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
