1.The development shall be retained in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 31 July 2024: - Plan No. A301 Version A revision 00, entitled Location Plan, dated 30 July 2024 - Plan No. A302 Version A revision 00, entitled Site Plan, dated 30 July 2024 - Plan A303 Version A revision 00, entitled Block Plans, dated 30 July 2024 - Plan No. A306 Version A revision 00, entitled Existing Floor Plans, dated 30 July 2024 -Plan No. A307 Version A revision 00, entitled Existing Elevations The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
2.Notwithstanding the information submitted within the applicaiton form, the cladding shall be white horizontal cladding and the windows and doors White UVPC as stated via email from the agent on 28 November 2024. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
