1.	Condition 15 requires a detailed remediation scheme sufficient to bring the site to a condition suitable for the intended use. The following documents were submitted on the 30th January 2025: - Remediation Strategy; Report No: 1204.05.02 - Phase 2 Ground Investigation; Report No: 1204.04.02 The submitted documents are acceptable and are hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in part, with the remediation measures required to be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The applicant is reminded that a validation report is required which evidences the agreed remediation scheme prior to first use in accordance with Condition 16.
