| 1. | Condition 15 requires a detailed assessment setting out the possible risks of ground gas presence at the site to be submitted and approved in writing by Local Planning Authority prior to any works beyond demolition and site clearance taking place.
The following documents were submitted with this application:
- Cover Letter - confirming risks of ground gas presence
- Phase 2 Ground Investigation, Report No: 1204.04.01, produced by Remada Geo Consultants, dated June 2024.
The Phase 2 Ground Investigation Report is considered acceptable and is hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in full.
However, please note that before works beyond demolition and clearance can take place, a detailed remediation scheme, which includes ground gas protection measures, must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, as required by Condition 16. |
